Job Role:
Linetech S.A. and Adria Tehnika are one of the fastest growing MRO companies in East-Central Europe which provide services on 18 slots. We are certified MRO organizations which specialize in base and line aircraft maintenance, in compliance with the requirements of EASA Part-145.
We are looking for qualified and experienced person to hold the position Head of Central Planning for Poland and Slovenia. Your role would be to ensure the highest standards of short and long term planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervision over the process of line and base maintenance planning in both organizations – Linetech (Rzeszow and Katowice) and Adria Tehnika (Ljubljana),
- Creating plans for hangars and initial budget in the short and long term perspective,
- Determining KPIs and ensuring compliance with them,
- Verifying differences arising from daily plans and scheduled works,
- Distribution of available slots for airplanes,
- Informing about the possibility of service delays and preventing their occurrence,
- Supporting sales process,
Position requirements:
- Several years of experience in MRO company on the same position,
- High managerial skills,
- Ability to work under time pressure and resistance to stress,
