Job Role:
Excel Technical Consulting is currently looking for a highly experienced Hawk AV Supervisor for a long time contract, with a great rate of pay, in the south of the UK.
We are offering a guaranteed 45 hours work per week along with a minimum contract term of 6 months.
To be considered you must be able to show recent experience of working on Hawk Aircrafts, something like 6 months in the last 2 years (which we will need to reference for you) and be able to obtain UK security clearance, so resident in the UK for 3 years or more.
Your duties will include, but not limited to;
Having confidence in your ability to supervise a team of technicians and be able to delegate various jobs based on their individual ability, skill set and experience.
Be able to actively encourage personnel under your control to improve their skills and knowledge in their trade.
You must be able to problem solve using the information at hand and be able to determine a plan of work for the servicing or maintenance based on this information.
