Job Description
Do you enjoy providing installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware? If this is you, join CACI to use your skills to help your team support Unix and Windows Hardware.
What You’ll Get to Do:
* You will screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.
* You will install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software.
* You will provide end-user software troubleshooting and support.
* You will coordinate development of deliverables and products.
* Provides troubleshooting and support.
* You will participate in the administration of e-mail systems.
* You will coordinate development of deliverables and products.
* You must be able to track project studies, plans, action items, etc.
* You will maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
* You will participate in special projects as required.
More About the Role:
As part of your role/function on the program, you will be granted privileged user access. Privileged Users are subject to greater scrutiny as a direct result of the significant responsibilities placed upon them. Please be aware that because of these critical duties, you will be subject to additional IT system monitoring, and supervisory evaluation to ensure continuous adherence to Privileged User processes and procedures. Privileged Users are subject to a zero-tolerance policy for security violations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
* Security Clearance: TS/SCI Poly must be current.
Education:
* AA/AS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations.
* Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) Certification to be considered for employment; either CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ CE, Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), OR CCNA-Security. CompTIA Security+ CE is the preferred certification. In addition, must attain the required DoD 8570 Computing Environment (CE) Certification within six (6) months of Hire Date
