This position is for a highly motivated Senior Hardware Engineer knowledgeable in the area of power electronics and electrical engineering. Candidate will be expected to design and develop advanced power supplies, power systems and power distribution for EW, Advanced Processing and other military systems. This includes managing requirements, maintaining power budgets, performing detailed analysis, component selection, schematic creation, power cable design and supporting build/test of the designed sub-assemblies.

Basic Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Analog Circuits, design and analysis.
- Knowledge of PCB design and construction.
- Power Systems design experience including Linear and Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Familiar with power conversion topologies/techniques as well as designs involving COTS products.
- Power System Simulation and Modeling Experience
- AC/DC and DC/DC Converter Design Knowledge
- Familiar with military requirements such as MIL-STD-1399, MIL-STD-704, and MIL-STD-461 (EMI and EMC)
