Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for Hangar Assistants for our Aerospace client based in Oxford.
The hangar assistant will report to the Base Maintenance Manager and will be responsible for aviation maintenance support duties.
Responsibilities:
Hangar Cleanliness
Light building maintenance - changing light bulbs, disposal of industrial waste, sweeping and mopping floors
Collection and drop off of deliveries
Window cleaning-ground level
Collect or deliver parts from offsite
Escorting contractors
Inspection of company vehicles-cleanliness, tyre pressure cleanliness
Skills required:
Teamwork skills
Able to lift and move reasonable loads
Strong focus on safety and Quality.
