Sikorsky in Stratford, CT is currently seeking a Guidance, Navigation and Controls Engineer with experience in Control Law (CLAW) Algorithm Analysis and Development.
The job entails System and Control Law Algorithm development, integration, and testing. Support of the flight test and Handling Qualities (HQ) activities.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Matlab/Simulink is required.
Candidate must have an understanding of classical stability and analysis techniques.
Desired Skills:
A background in engineering mechanics, flight dynamics, and simulation modeling; knowledge in CLAW design, linear and non-linear analysis techniques, time, and frequency domain analysis is a strong plus.
Rotorcraft experience is preferred.
