Group Desk Agent Mission The Group Desk Agent interacts via phone and mail with the Brussels Airlines group-customers (tour operators and direct customers who are organizing group travels) in order to handle group booking requests in an efficient way. Tasks * Handle complete group processes from price requests to booking and ticketing (when needed) * Handle Tour Operators requests from A to Z * Coordinate with other departments of the company involved in group bookings (such as pricing, etc) in order to handle group requests in the most commercial way * Pro-actively follow up on sales opportunities * Be aware of what is done by the competition and redefine the Brussels Airlines offers accordingly if needed * Actively promote and sell the additional services/products available (hotels, etc) * Be the single point of contact for your customers in order to provide them the best service Profile * You have a bachelor in Tourism or Commercial Administration, or equal by experience * You speak fluently English, French or Dutch and German. German language is a must * You have experience in dealing with customers and being sales oriented * You have good communication skills –with your customers and your colleagues * You are able to work independently * You are able to work under pressure * You are able to multi task * You are open for innovations * You are enthusiastic and demonstrate a passion for excellence
