Qualifications

• Male or Female

• Age between 21-30 years old

• Bachelor Degree in any field

• Good level of proficiency in MS Office suite of products including well developed Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills

• Pro-active and responsible, comfortable working autonomously as well as in a team environment

• Hard working, ability to work independently, flexible and meet deadlines

• Toeic score at least 450 points

Job description

• Check and verify all invoice of Domestic and International Station such as Ground Handling Charge, Airport Authority Charge and etc.

• Prioritize the invoice and completed checking within the deadline

• Scan the document and keep record for recheck process

• Prepare and arrange the invoice to approval person and send to accounting department

• Coordinate with concerned person for clarify the invoice and request more document to support the invoice

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
