Graphic Designer Norwegian

Job description

• Produce static banners for mail, web and print

• Create animated web banners

• Produce landing page concepts

• Make different versions and concepts of banners/landing pages for the purpose of A/B-testing different version of the same core message

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in producing high quality marketing material primarily for web and secondary for print

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Animate is preferred

• Good knowledge of HTML/CSS

• Good knowledge in creating gif-animations and HTML5 animation

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Additional language skills are preferred (Spanish, German, Scandinavian)

Personal qualities

• Outstanding creativity and attention to detail

• Strong illustration skills

• Knowledge of web, email and banner design principles, structure, and layout.

• Strong aesthetic sense, conceptual skills, ability to bring messages to life, and clearly communicate ideas through different mediums.

• Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.

• Ability to work independently with remote direct supervision in a team environment

• Able to follow established brand guidelines.

• Highly passionate about design and digital design trends.

• Works effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment and consistently demonstrates a high level of organizational skill.

• High degree of personal motivation
