Jet2.com is a leading UK Leisure Airline operating a fleet of B737-800s & 300s and B757-200s from 9 UK Bases and Alicante and Palma in Spain. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to delivering the highest standards of Safety for our all important Customers and Colleagues.
Reporting to the Head of Safety, Compliance & Security, the General Manager - Flight Safety plays a key role in the Jet2.com Safety department by continually improving company standards. Through robust monitoring and development of effective safety measures, you and your team will mitigate and prevent potential occurrences ensuring the safe delivery of our flying programme. You will also manage the Flight Safety Team and continue to promote the Jet2.com Just Culture to the wider business. Whilst this is a management position, there will be an opportunity for those suitably qualified on type to remain current supporting our flying operations.

You will have significant experience in a Flight Safety environment, with a thorough understanding of Flight Data Monitoring, Fatigue Management and Human Factors. You may also have experience, previous or current, on large Commercial Jets with flight time on the B737 or B757 fleets a distinct advantage but not essential.
