Job Role:
Oaklands Global are currently looking for an experienced Operations Officer (Fuel) to join an expanding company in Dubai on a permanent basis.
The Operations Officer will be responsible for all fuel arrangements for various aircrafts, with customer satisfaction being a paramount a quality service is essential. Delivered through meeting deadlines and working to regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to coordinate a broad portfolio of clients
- Organise the workload due to the seasonality of the business
- Ensure records are kept up to date of all fuel requests from clients
- Planning and scheduling fuel deliveries for customers worldwide
- Working with the Accounts Department to monitor payments
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience in Operations, specifically within Fuelling is advantageous
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong customer service experience to ensure customer satisfaction
- Thorough knowledge of aircraft types
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and to work calmly and decisively under pressure and within tight deadlines
