Job Role:
ASISTIM based in Hannover, Germany, is a service provider in the area of commercial airlines and (business) charter operations. ASISTIM targets small to midsized airlines with a focus on providing these with operational support, flight planning systems, navigational back office support, and/or full flight dispatch services and offers also refresher courses for dispatchers.
The ASISTIM Academy offers regular recurring refresher courses for Flight Dispatchers and Flight Operation Officers in a seminar program. With these courses aviation companies who undergo an IOSA audit fulfill the prescribed training requirements in accordance with the ICAO doc. 7392-AN 857 Part D-3.
For further expansion we require a dynamic and experienced Freelance Trainer to support our team.
Your tasks:
- Representing the ASISTIM Academy
- Performance of trainings either at the customer’s side or at ASISTIM’s training facilities in Hanover, Germany
- Performing dispatch training according the requirements of ICAO doc. 7192-AN/857 Part D-3 and special topics such as:
- AP Slot Coordination
- Navigational Chart Reading
- Special Performance
- Track Systems
- Traffic Rights
- US Flight planning
- Winter OPS
- Customization of training material
- Worldwide travel readiness
Your background:
A flight dispatcher license is mandatory, as well as a proven track record in an airline environment. An ATPL is appreciated.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Travel readiness
- Fluency in English is required, any additional language is a plus
- Social competence; strong communication skills, team player
- Strong training skills
- The ability to quickly become familiar with new issues
- The ability to adapt the knowledge level of the course attendees
