Description
L3 Aeromet is a Division of L-3 Intelligence Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector and main office is located in Tulsa, OK. Aeromet is established within the DoD Community as the developer and operator of special mission ISR systems. We provide special mission system design, modification, and operations with emphasis on the development and integration of state-of-the-art EO/IR sensor systems.
We have immediate opportunities for two (2) Full Motion Video (FMV) Field Engineers. These are exciting rotational assignments between our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma and classified CONUS and OCONUS locations.
We offer:
* Field Service Representatives (FSRs) deployed OCONUS are paid for a 12 Hour work day everyday while deployed plus 15% Differential Pay
* Field Service Representatives (FSRs) deployed CONUS are paid for a 9 Hours work day (if overtime is not required) plus a minimum of 8 hours per day for Saturday and Sunday
* Flexible schedule while working in Tulsa. Based on 9/80 bi-weekly work schedule

Responsibilities:
* Subsystem installations and removals
* System and subsystem testing and evaluation
* System and subsystem maintenance and repair
* System acceptance testing
* System and subsystem troubleshooting (diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time)
* Customer communication and relations
* Travel to remote sites
* Provide customer training
* Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* US Citizen
* 5-8 years of related experience with BS (desired: military experience)
* Proficiency with computers (MS Windows), tools, and test equipment (including: digital multi- meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, oscilloscopes, circuit card testers, transistor testers, and hand tools)
* Experience with use of technical publications (e.g. schematics, maintenance manuals) to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic malfunctions is desired
* Knowledge of gimbaled optical imaging systems
* Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to work in a highly dynamic environment
* Must have existing TOP SECRET level clearance with ability to be cleared to SCI with polygraph
* Must be able to travel up-to 60% of the year (trips will be as long as 60 days in duration)
