The opportunity
We have a fantastic position available for a General Manager to assist in the running of a flying school based in the Queenstown Lakes District, New Zealand. In this role you will work together with the Company Director to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business. A day might include coordination of aircraft maintenance, working with the front office and liaising with the local community. 

The General Manager duties will consist of approximately half of your week so we are looking for an aviation professional able to support other areas of the business such as with flight instruction or perhaps you have aircraft engineering experience.

About You

• An experienced aviation professional e.g. a pilot or aircraft engineer
• Relevant technical qualifications e.g pilot or engineering licence
• Management experience or relevant Aviation Management qualifications
• You must hold NZ residency or have a valid NZ work visa
