EASA is looking for Flight Test Engineer – Fixed Wing, AD 7 (f/m)
The Flight Test Engineer – Fixed Wing will ensure product safety by providing essential and unique expertise to influence and permit decisions in certification and continued airworthiness.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify applicable specifications to establish the certification basis of projects
- Define the level of involvement using a risk management based approach
- Verify compliance demonstration of applicants
- Permit decisions in the Continuing Airworthiness domain related to flight test
Main skills:
- At least 6 years of professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of flight test experience on fixed-wings aircraft
- Flight test engineer Fixed Wing diploma from a professional flight test training institution and/or extensive professional experience of flying as flight test engineer during certification flight testing
- At least a Class 2 Part-med medical certificate or an equivalent aero-medical certificate
