Flight Scheduling

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare all necessary information on flight schedule readjustment by co-ordinate with Planning team and Flight operation team

• Create aircraft type, seat set, service zone and weight balance zone

• Create and update all information on SSM, ASM, and OPS

• Gather all issues about the schedule, seat set and improvement needs and communicate to relevant parties such as Amadeus, Internal functions, and etc.

• Handle the re-accommodation flights in case of irregularity

• Create the trouble shoot which are not schedule and seat set as expected

• Set up the business rule (TIA) in order to support DCS

• Work with Revenue Management team and Reservation Support team in all cases that related to flight schedules

• Ensure achievement of flight schedule and seat set are well managed accurately and on time

• Able to work over working hour upon urgency

Qualifications/experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economic, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or related field

• Excellent in computer and Microsoft office skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Ability to adapt to work with various system tools

• Experience in Amadeus system would be advantage

• Aviation background would be advantage

• Excellence in communication and able to work under pressure with time limitation

• Proficient in verbal and written English and Thai. (Minimum 550 Toeic scores)
