is responsible for the provision of administrative support to all areas of Flight Operations, working closely with the
You will support the
Flight Operations Management Team across all day to day operational functions, acting as a focal point for queries and facilitating replies and assistance as necessary. You will be heavily involved in publishing the weekly company communication
- Tailwind. You will use the
Electronic Flight Operations System to disseminate and control information to the wider Pilot community, taking responsibility for its timely and efficient distribution. You will attend and note take at meetings, handle Pilot passport renewals, book meeting rooms and travel bookings as well as direct telephone calls accordingly and ensure correct filing and logging of the Flight Envelopes.
The successful candidate will be an
experienced administrator with a track record of providing departmental support in a
busy and dynamic environment. You will have
excellent attention to detail and the
ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as possessing strong IT skills. In addition, it is essential that you have good written and verbal communication skills, as the position requires liaising with a number of our Teams including
Admin, HR, Crewing, Crew Planning and Training.In return, we offer an
