Description
Flight Operations Manager
(based in Budapest)
Responsibilities:
* Implementing the Resource Strategy of the Company
* Organizing and managing Events
* Setting targets based on Company strategy
* Establishing short term recruitment strategies including detailed plans about crew composition
* Developing Employee Value Proposition and Recruitment Marketing plan in cooperation with Marketing Department
* Monitoring and analyzing the pilot market and making recommendation for short and long term sourcing strategy for the Company
* Coordinating and monitoring the process of pilots – cross-functional management
* Maintaining database of pilots
* Suggesting improvements for the pilot lifecycle
Requirements:
* 3 years’ working experience in dynamic, fast moving environment
* Business, Technical or HR university degree
* Ability to work in a high pressure environment
* Ability to organize events and multitasking
* Ability to work independently with strong drive towards setting and exceeding challenging goals
* Advanced level of English language
* Good presentation skills
* Advanced MS Office knowledge and general computer skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong ability to set and follow priorities
* Excellent thinking and problem solving skills
* Outstanding initiative and follow through capabilities
* Mobility for business travel
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team
