Flight Operations Assistant

(based in Budapest)

We are seeking for an enthusiastic, passionate Flight Operations Assistant, who would support our Flight Operations team. Responsibilities include

• Support the daily work of the Flight Operations Managers

• Prepare reports for management on statistics, market analysis

• Keeping contact with pilots on daily bases; handling e-mails and phone calls

• Manage the pilot database

• Conduct CV screening, pre-screening and “background checking”

• Organizing and coordinating recruitment events, open days

• Helping the travel arrangement of the invited candidates

• Leading assigned projects

Requirements

• College or university degree (business/economics/IT or Technical filed preferred)

• Very good English in written and spoken

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Strong ability to set and follow priorities

• Basic Statistics

• Good presentation skills

• Ability to organize events and multitasking

• Ability to work in a high pressure environment

• Ability to work independently with strong drive towards setting and exceeding challenging goals

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team

• Flexibility

• Willingness to learn

• Experience in working in multicultural environment is an advantage
