Flight Operations Assistant

(based in Budapest)

We are seeking for an enthusiastic, passionate Flight Operations Assistant, who would support our Flight Operations team. If you are interested in joining to the largest low-cost airline in Central-Eastern Europe, and you can cope with the responsibilities below, you are the one we are looking for, so do not hesitate to apply with you CV in English!

Responsibilities include

· Maintaining resignation data

· Maintaining sick leave statistics

· Maintaining Out of Base flying database

· Preparation of base visit logistics, support material, and ppt. presentations

· Uniform order monitoring, budget planning, checking invoices

· Direct crew communication for standard Q&A (base change, etc.)

· Crew communication on behalf of Regional Manager, if needed

· Coordination of the Flight Operations management’s agenda

· Supporting the team in preparation of the presentations and statistics

· Monitoring holiday allocation and management

· Monitoring of flown h ours

· Coordination of the internal upgrading process for pilots

· Projects support

Requirements

· College or university degree in hand

· Very good English in written and spoken

· Experience with logistics and workflow management

· Advanced MS Office skills

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Basic Statistics

· Basic understanding of aviation

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to work under pressure

· Ability to work in team and independently Flexibility

· Experience in working in multicultural environment would be an advantage
