ASISTIM based in Hannover, Germany, is a service provider in the area of commercial airlines and (business) charter operations. We target small to midsized scheduled airlines with a focus on providing these with operational support, flight planning systems, navigational back office support, and/or full flight dispatch services. We require a dynamic and experienced Flight Operations Officer to enlarge our Airline Operation Centre in Hannover. Job profile:

• Proactively coordinating the flight program of our customers.
• Perform flight dispatch and navigation support dues according to safety and operational standards as set out in relevant documents of aviation authorities and/or customers operations manuals.
• Calculation of operational flight plans according to regulatory requirements such as EASA Air OPS, CAA, ICAO, etc. or as stated in the operational manuals and procedure notes of our customer airlines.
• Filing of ATC flight plans and coordination of ATC-Slots with Eurocontrol, including amendments to flight plan routes and flight profiles to match operational requirements and one-time performance targets of each individual airline.
• Close communication with flight crews in regards to crew planning, ground handling agents, airports authorities, ATC units and Eurocontrol.

Qualificans / Requirements:

• Experience as a flight dispatcher or operaons controller.
• Must hold a valid flight dispatch license. FAA, LBA, ICAO.
• Experiences with AIMS are appreciated.
• High sense of responsibility is assumptive.
• Social competence; Strong communication skills, team player.
• Must be able to work shifts. Required travel readiness.
• Fluency in English is required, any additional language is a plus.
