Job Title

Flight Dispatcher (12KI0419, 12KCH0419, 12MYY0419)

Reports To

Senior Executive, Operations Control Centre

Department

Role Purpose

To plan and ensure all flights are dispatched in conformance to regulatory requirement, safe and smooth operation

Key Accountability

To ensure relevant documents are made available for the dispatch of all flights

To ensure all flights are dispatched on time without any delay/disruption

To coordinate with other operating departments towards ensuring the smooth and timely dispatch of all MASwings / MAB and FOCA services

To liaise with respective department during crisis and abnormal situations

Crew monitoring – Ensure Tech and Cabin crew are available for each schedule flight

Qualification

Diploma - Any related field

Certificate - Flight Dispatcher License

Working Experience

1 - Working in Flight Operations and/or SPM with 3 years working experience

1 - Assistant Dispatcher

Skills & Knowledge

Must be able to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge in use of Operations Manual, Aviation Law and Regulations

Familiar with Methology, Aircraft performance and Planning

Familiar with Flight Management Control

Familiar with crew deployment
