Zenon is pleased to be supporting an established and well known VIP operator based in the UK in their search for a number Flight Co-Ordinators to join their team based in the Midlands for permanent positions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
• Supporting the Duty Dispatcher.
• Sending of pre-briefs for following the day’s flights.
• Obtaining of worldwide permissions, Airport slots and ground handling services.
• Coordination with airports and different service providers as well as internal departments.
•
Minimum Skills and Experience:-
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Flight Co-Ordinator.
• Fast and accurate work pace.
• Strong computer skills.
