Flight and Cabin Operations Uniform Logistics Intern

Flight and Cabin Operations Uniform Logistics Intern is responsible for being primary contact - supporting the uniform logistics - to manage, support and supervise third party contracted providers and uniform handover process to the newly hired employees.

Responsibilities:

* Main responsibility will be to provide support in management all uniform related matters for new joining pilots and new joining cabin crew from non-EU bases

* Exercise support in oversight of external providers regarding uniform logistics and deliveries

* Coordinate uniform deliveries versus crew simulator schedule

* Receiving shipments, its registration

* Ensure administrative aspects, informing pilots and cabin crew about uniforms available to be collected

* Overseeing of Uniform Sample collection at its location

* Facilitation uniform fitting

* Carry-out handover of the uniforms

Requirements:

* Active university student status in Hungary

* Fluency in English is a must

* Position is available on daily bases (MON-FRI) 10:00-15:00.

* Assertive personality with good communication skills

* Computer literacy

* High attention to details

* Flexibility
