Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Our entry level Supervisors must keep both the company goals and customer expectations in mind when overseeing daily operations. Act as liaison with American Airlines Corporate Real Estate Team and Department of Aviation. Represent the interest of Piedmont Airlines/American Eagle on various projects as assigned. Oversight supervisor for project vendor contracts including GC electricians, plumbers, carpenters and specialty contracts, etc. Maintain high standards while meeting goals as set forth, ensuring a professional appearance for our customers. Oversee and direct facility staff. Ensure building codes and regulations are met, including maintaining proper documentation. Administrative duties may include daily/weekly/monthly reports. Other duties as assigned. Extensive travel is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Previous management experience
* Team oriented
* Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
* Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* Familiarity with MS Office Suite
* Flexible schedule
* Motivation to succeed

Preferred Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of AOA environment
* Project management experience
* Proficient in Visio
* OSHA 11 Certification
* Major building construction experience
* Technical background in facility maintenance, drafting, or design.

Work Environment:

* Airport ramp environment, weather variations and elevated noise levels
* Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts as needed
* Extensive Travel Required

Physical Requirements:

Frequent stooping, bending, walking, occasionally lifting up to 75 pounds
