ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans, schedules, and directs staff of skilled and unskilled trade’s employees in the maintenance of buildings and grounds.

* Ensures that all utility systems are fully operational and are inspected in accordance with preventive maintenance schedules.

* Prepares cost estimates for building renovations or space allocations and inspects completed work for conformance to specifications.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum eight years of real property maintenance experience.

EDUCATION:

A.A in related field

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

Position requires a U.S. Department of State Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
