JOB DESCRIPTION:
The GoJet Executive Pilot Recruiter is one of the most visible representatives of GoJet and its partner airlines, as well the commercial pilot profession.
The Executive Pilot Recruiter plays a key role in creating a qualified pool of pilot candidates, in advance of need, to fill vacancies and is responsible to attract the most qualified individual.
The Executive Pilot Recruiter’s behavior and appearance will be observed closely by a wide range of people, often without his/her knowledge. Therefore, it is imperative that the Executive Pilot Recruiter represent the Airline in the most positive and professional light when acting on behalf of GoJet at recruiting events, personal interviews, social media, or anywhere an association can be made between the Executive Pilot Recruiter and GoJet Airlines or its partners.
Executive Pilot Recruiters are responsible for recruiting prospective pilots through the interview process, to include qualifications screening, technical and non-technical questions and determining candidate’s overall suitability in accordance with established policies. JOB DUTIES:
* Generate leads via different social media channels for the Pilot Recruiting Department.
* Pre-Screen and schedule qualified applicants for Interviews.
* Interview prospective pilot trainees.
* Assist non-pilot recruiters with technical the portion of the interview process.
* Coordinate travel, hotel and other accommodations, as necessary, for interviews and for pilots attending new-hire classes.
* Assist new hire pilots with any issues/concerns prior to beginning class.
* Represent GoJet Airlines at flight schools and educational institutions.
* Assist in planning and attending career/job fairs and other pilot recruiting events.
* Act as a liaison with industry contacts, as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be a GoJet line qualified Captain or First Officer
* Extensive travel is required.
