Inventory control and record systems for capital equipment.

Procedures for performing physical inventories of capital equipment in a large organization.

Education Code requirements relating to inventory, valuation, sale and replacement of capital equipment.

Principles and practices of supervision and training.

Materials and supplies inventory control. Space utilization and inventory techniques.

· Shared drive access related to department

· ERP system used by NasJet and NAS Holding

· Supervision and management of all company shipping, receiving & warehouse activities

· Coordination of all outside processing purchases, receipts and logistics,

· Planning the daily shipments by creating pick-list TOs etc… and distributing to Loading Team

· Scheduling outbound load for customers and outside processes with dispatch resources

· Warehouse and inventory management

· Off-site warehouse management where necessary

· Accurate inventory transactions

· Communicate packaging and shipping material needs to Materials Buyer

· Arranging distribution of all MRO inbound goods and products to appropriate areas and departments

· Reporting of key metrics related to shipping, receiving and warehouse management on a timely basis

· Inventory accuracy

· Lines ready/Shipped On Time

· Weight Shipped

· Weight Received

· Manage drivers and shipping/receiving schedules

· Manpower Training (job specific training)
