Role Purpose
Provide aircraft engineering development and operational support in the aircraft radio, electrical and instrumentation and inflight entertainment and communication under ATA 11, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 31, 33, 34 and 44 for MAB fleet of aircraft.
Key Accountability
Provide technical services engineering support to operation and production areas pertaining to all MAB fleet of aircraft under the assigned ATA chapters.
Undertake studies and provide solutions to technical problems and issues for purpose of improving the aircraft technical despatch reliability.
Initiate, evaluate, develop and recommend modification and equipment changes to maintenance and operation policy.
Provide round the clock technical support to operations and production areas.
Liaise and discuss on technical matters with airworthiness authority, vendors, overhaul agency and other MAB departments to ensure airwhorthiness and high efficiency of MAB fleet
Qualification
Degree - Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Working Experience
0-2 years, Aircraft related experiences - Avionics Trade
Skills & Knowledge
Basic aircraft system related to assigned ATA
Familiar with DCA rules and regulations
Familiar with Design Organisation Manual for release of various design documents
Key Challenges
1. Issuance of technical documents whenever required which comply to related airworthiness regulations and technical specifications for continued service of aircraft - round the clock.
2. Recommend and implement new procedures and systems to improve aircraft technical despatch reliability.
3. Obtain latest technical information from aircraft and equipments manufacturer for implementation on MAB aircraft.
