Roles and Responsibilities:
The role involves analysis, report generation, process enforcement and modelling across commercial departments, with the objective of process and revenue optimization.
* Reporting: Aid in the development / generation of ad-hoc and regular reports in the areas of network, revenue management, sales, airports, operations control, catering, staffing and other core commercial areas.
* Analysis: Analyze performance and processes on an ad-hoc and regular basis.
* Modelling: Building financial models / tools of processes and/or phenomena to help with optimization and forecasting.
* Oversight: Conduct audits across commercial departments

* Technical Skills:
* Advanced MS Excel (Building models in Excel)
* MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
* Google Sheets
* Soft Skills:
* Good EQ
* Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
* General understanding of aviation.
