Executive

Position: Executive
Location: Delhi
Qualification: HSC and above
Age: 21 - 40 Years
Key Requirement for the Position Basic Computer Knowledge.
Ability to handle Transport movements and communicate with internal and external agencies.

Job Description To co-ordinate with the Transport Department and ensure vehicles are provided in time.
Follow up for the timely submission of Bills by the Transport vendor.
Check the condition of vehicles, in accordance with Agreement.
Provide revised Roster or changes in the Roster to the Transport vendors.
Track the movements of the vehicles and crew members and inform Base Mangers / Dispatch stations informed, in case of Late reporting and Traffic jams.
Check for availability of vehicles and drivers in the Parking area and report to the Manager, for any untoward observation.
