Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager and a good team member, who will work in SunExpress Antalya Headquarter.

Skills Required:

*

Bachelor’s degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required; MBA preferred.

*

A minimum of 8-10 years ERP experience.

*

Played a key role in a full lifecycle ERP implementation project.

*

Leadership and team management skills.

*

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

*

Fluency in English.

*

You must possess strong client facing skills - with a demonstrable track record in managing ERP software implementations.

*

Experience in implementing at least one of the following ERP Systems (SAP, SAP Business One, SAP Hana, SuccessFactors).

*

You will have a minimum of 3 years proven Project Management experience - and be used to running projects of varying sizes (10-200+ working days).

Job Description

The ERP Manager will work with our internal clients to manage critical implementation and upgrade projects. This position provides delivery oversight to multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Managing and implementing of ERP unit’s goals, objectives, and policies & leading the ERP team.

*

Monitoring and implementing of ERP unit budget.

*

Create and maintain accurate ERP action plans in conjunction with the internal clients and external consultants.

*

Direct and manage ERP projects from beginning to end.

*

Author and maintain clear, concise project documentation.

*

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.

*

Work collaboratively with the management team and users to ensure achievement of business goals with ERP deployment.

*

Track project status and manage project issues and risks.

*

Preparation of project reviews after each major phase and on the completion of a project Provide status reports to project sponsor Identify, analyze and prioritize project risk then develop response plans.

*

Coach, the mentor, motivate and supervise project resources and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

*

Liaise with third party suppliers and coordinate resources and tasks.

*

Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal project management practices.
