Our client is looking for an engineering project lead. You will be working for a world leader in aircraft passenger and crew seats. One million seats made by the company are now in service worldwide.
Typical Day : -
» Management of cross functional engineering delivery team
» Monitor and control costs, product cost and delivery schedule
» No technical governance purely focused on delivery
The Ideal candidates should have : -
» Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
» Strong planning skills
» People management skills
» Experienced in project and delivery management
Qualifications essential for this position
» HNC/HND minimum
Industry background essential for this position
Ideally aircraft interiors or aerospace. Would also consider from any complex design/development/delivery environment (eg Auto)
