You will be part of the new Global 7500 product development team. You will be working in a dynamic integrated product development team (IPDT) involving all engineering, production, projects and programs functions, where you will drive to put forward optimal solutions to meet various demands of our customers with respect to the completion of their aircraft. You will work more specifically on the maintenance of the Finish Material List for each of our project.

In your role, you will:

- Compile the necessary information to produce and release the Finish Material List.
- Collaborate and provide guidance to different stakeholders (integrators and technical specialists, designers, logistic agents, project and program coordinators) to maintain and evolve if required the established parameters required for the creation of the Finish Material List.
- Lead technical and problem solving discussions, and participate to the change management activities related to the definition of the necessary finish material parameters.
- Propose improvement solutions to increase the quality and efficiency of the Finish Material List document and processes.
- Maintained the different training guide and documents detailing the Finish Material List creation process.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a college or university degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
- You are capable of reading diverse technical documents and drawing types to extract relevant information.
- You possess leadership competencies.
- You are well organized and agile in managing concurrent priorities.
- You have good communication skills and are capable of managing a meeting in French and in English.
- You are efficient in synthesizing, communicating and following up on action taken during technical meetings.
- You are able to facilitate consensus, resolve conflict and identify acceptable compromise within a multidisciplinary team.
- You must be a self-motivated person, a team player able to work under pressure and under a minimum of supervision.
- Knowledge of Enovia / CATIA V5 and experience in change management are assets.
