L3’s ISR Systems Segment brings together a broad collection of some 30+ unique L3 divisions across 10 business areas to offer a diverse portfolio of innovative sensor and intelligence technologies across the maritime, land, airborne, space, cyber and warfighter domains. The engineering planner will be familiar with project planning, schedule tracking, status reporting and process improvement.
You will demonstrate success by:

Responsibilities include monitoring engineering performance metrics across multiple programs and advising management on status of the work in progress.

The planner must be able to master a variety of tools to gather project data, communicate effectively with a large group of engineers and produce presentations for director level review.

Supports management in proposal preparation and manpower forecasting.
*
Candidates for this position should be self-starting, able to work in a team environment, and possess excellent organization, communications and presentation skills.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
*
Bachelor Degree in a related technical field (EE, math, physics, etc.), advanced technical degree strongly preferred.
*
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
*
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
*
Strong understanding of Project Planning and Tracking.
*
Proficient experience using Microsoft Office suite of tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
*
Working knowledge of SAP is a plus.
*
Must have the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
