Engineering Apprenticeship scheme.
You will coordinate and administer all necessary documentation to support the
City & Guilds Apprenticeship Scheme, uploading monthly data to the Skills Funding Agency. You will support the
Engineering Apprenticeship Supervisor and
Apprentice Trainer in ensuring the necessary administration, recording and archiving of individual learner records is kept up to date and meticulously maintained. The
Engineering Apprenticeship Administrator will assist with the monitoring of the Engineering Apprenticeship expenditure, whilst supporting the
Engineers Development and Training Manager with budget and forecast preparation for the Apprenticeship.
In addition, you will also carry out general administrative duties and assistance of producing course documentation in support of and as required by Engineering Management.
The successful candidate will ideally be
experienced in providing administration support for an Approved Apprenticeship qualification program. You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with technical information. The Engineering Training Administrator will have strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of Apprenticeship supporting software such as Walled Garden and ForSkills is desirable.
