is responsible for coordinating routine day to day administrative duties within the Engineering Department.
You will support the Engineering Management Team, including
Director of Engineering & Maintenance,
Heads of and
General Managers, with the coordination of meeting room and conference call bookings along with the production of monthly reports and presentations. The
Engineering Administrator will also assist with facilities management for Engineering locations including maintenance and property data, building layouts, arranging desk moves and furniture/equipment/stationery ordering in conjunction with the central Administration Team.
In addition, you will coordinate IT requirements for Engineering, including equipment ordering and distribution, the updating of Digital Signage and tracking the issue of personal equipment. The role will also assist with the upkeep and maintenance of all Engineering contracts including those supporting the route network, in both digital and hard copy and in conjunction with the internal
Legal Team.
The successful candidate will be
confident, have
excellent administration experience including strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be
proactive, willing to
work under your own initiative, whilst being able to adhere to tight timescales and be adaptable to work within a dynamic and changeable business. You should have extensive experience of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports. Attention to detail is also a key requirement of the role.
