We are looking for a passionate Quality Engineer. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions! Job duties include Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques; developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality; acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
You will demonstrate success by:
* Developing reporting and analysis capabilities
* Identifying patterns and trends in data sets
* Demonstrating excellent MS Office skills utilizing PowerPivot and/or PowerQuery
* Reporting utilizing data visualization software including MS PowerPoint
* Making recommendations about the methods and ways in which data is obtained and analyzed
* Monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvement opportunities across the business

Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Technical Bachelor Degree and 0-2 years related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
* Ability to access ITAR controlled items and/or articles preferred.
* Secret Security Clearance preferred.
* Experience in data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite and PowerQuery preferred
* Experienced with SQL (Structured Query Language) programming preferred
* Communication Skills; clear, straightforward, and persuasive in both oral and written communications. Demonstrate active listening skills
* Customer & Quality Focus; Anticipates and takes action to meet internal and external customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction
* Initiative; Assembles and evaluates relevant information and reaches sound conclusions
* Teamwork; Supports others in achieving individual and joint tasks
* International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA) Certifications preferred.
