Excel are very pleased to be able to offer a unique opportunity for experienced Electronic Warfare Specialists to assist in the support of RAF, Army and Royal Navy training and national security missions in two UK locations.

We are looking for civilian or soon to be civilian technicians and aircrew with experience of all areas of EW, but particularly those who have previously worked with Target Tow and Full Motion Video missions and projects in tactical, support or analyst roles, ideally with some level of customer or commercial liaison. 

Your main role will be in the management of missions including planning, briefing, operating and debriefing stakeholders at all levels while ensuring operations are carried out in accordance with civil/military standards and legislation, but you will also be involved in the development of new techniques, assessment of equipment and creation of new mission profiles to meet specific project requirements. 

You will also be required to make presentations to internal and external agencies, and occasionally deploy on missions although the role will mainly be based either on the South Coast or North East of the UK. 

For these positions previous EW experience is key: you must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding and practical experience of electronic warfare and EPM, ideally with an additional related qualification in QWI, EWI, HWI etc. 
You must also be able to communicate feedback, ideas and suggestions and be focused on achieving the highest possible results as efficiently as possible.
Due to the nature of the role you will also hold or be able to achieve SC level security
