Electrical Workshop Engineer (Aircraft)

Opportunity to develop your career at an Aircraft MRO Organisation. The role involves test, repair and overhaul of Auxiliary Power Units for aircraft.

The responsibilities of the Workshop Engineer include:

  • Diagnosing faults within the units and planning repairs.

  • Assessing required spares and assisting in parts planning.

  • Using bore-scopes to produce reports, pictures, and videos.

  • Supporting the team in varied roles across the business

It would be beneficial to have the following experience and attributes:

  • Background in MRO, working within a workshop environment.

  • A solid understanding of Component Maintenance Manuals.

  • Being a team player, capable of working to deadlines under pressure.

  • Knowledge of airworthiness requirements and regulations.
