In your role, you will:

- Provide technical training on electrical assembly theoretical principles using standard curriculum,
- Provide coaching on electrical practical projects to ensure quality work and proper tool handling techniques
- Document progress and performance scores
- Maintain a safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards
- Present recommendations to the Bombardier hiring & recruitment team
- Manage classroom equipment and materials
- Participate in problem solving discussions on candidate performance issues

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

- You have a secondary school diploma and degree/diploma in the field of Aviation
- You have proven experience in a manufacturing site related to aircraft assembly in a technical job, with five (5+) years’ experience in learning (coaching and/or technical training)
- You are able to adjust facilitation approach to suit various student dynamics
- You have recognized high level of technical competency and credibility
- You have excellent relational competencies, capacity to listen and communicate (written and spoken)
- You are able to proficiently work with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You are able to build solid relationships based on mutual trust
- You are able to influence without authority and develop results oriented action plans
- You are a team player
