Our client is proud to have been granted the EASA Part-145 and the FAA approval, as well as approvals from Aruba, Azerbaijan, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Russia, and the UAE. They maintain the majority of Airbus, Boeing and Gulfstream aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a mechanic team
  • Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities and work orders on aircraft in the avionics area 
  • Signing off works and techlog  
  • Coordinating a working team of aircraft avionic mechanics 
  • Advising and educating staff members 
  • Monitoring the team’s activities 
  • Coordination and division of daily tasks 
  • Depending on the type endorsement, release and approval of work cards after the inspection 
  • Troubleshooting for aircraft systems 
  • Perform engineering orders and service bulletins 
  • Support the team in conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities 
  • Order replacement parts 
  • Prepare NRCs (non-routine card) 
  • Conduct documenting tasks


Candidate Profile:


  • Completed apprenticeship or training as aircraft mechanic, aircraft equipment electrician, aircraft builder or related training and experience
  • Knowledge of aircraft systems and electric 
  • Skills in electronical tooling and in avionic test equipment 
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the servicing of large, civil aviation aircraft and their engines 
  • Relevant knowledge in the airframe structure 
  • Knowledge and experience with manufacturer’s and aircraft documentation such as AMM and IPC 
  • Very good knowledge of aviation regulations (LBA, EASA, FAA) 
  • Good EDP skills (e.g. in the maintenance software Wings) 
  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English for correspondence 
  • EASA B1/B2 type endorsement with C licence
  • Class B driver‘s license 
  • Comply with the requirements of a background check in accordance with LuftSiG 
  • Manual dexterity 
  • Confident decision-making and communication performance
  • Readiness for team-oriented collaboration 
  • Great ability to work under pressure, flexibility and a conscientious, proactive work approach 
  • Readiness for travel and shift duty
