JOB SUMMARY: Provide leadership to Line Maintenance personnel to ensure a safe, compliant and highly coordinated line operation. Prepare and administer front line employee evaluations, solve technical and personnel issues, communicate and support company policies, and handle administrative action. Support departmental goals through LPMs and KPIs. Develop, monitor and adhere to business, operating and capital plans. Develop both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment that result in employee safety and well being. Promote continual process and operational improvements. Provide guidance and training for assigned personnel.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: All candidates must be an AMT or higher classification. A & P license and line avionics training is required. Line maintenance and supervisory experience is preferred. Candidate must possess strong analytical skills along with a strong technical background in Delta?s maintenance practices, organization and procedures. Candidate should be able to demonstrate exceptional leadership, work well under pressure, act in a timely manner, and handle multiple tasks with continually changing priorities. Familiarity with various computer software programs such as Word, Excel, DBMS, and other relevant software programs is preferred. Develops both strategic and tactical plans that create a safety-conscious environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
