After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Dispatchers to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.

After another exciting year of growth for Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, we now have some great opportunities for Dispatchers to join our Ground Operations Team on a part time Fixed Term contract.
Reporting to the Station Controller, the Dispatcher is responsible for:
- The dispatch of all aircraft in compliance with Company and legal requirements
- Effective communication with all Teams involved with the aircraft departure
- Ensuring the effective coordination of all dispatch and load control operations
- Ambassador for our safety-first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of your work
- Supporting the business to deliver our on-time performance targets and VIP service to our all-important customers
The successful candidates must have:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly and accurately assess situations
- High degree of personal effectiveness in managing your own workload and confidently taking responsibility for decision making
- Ideally have previous turnaround supervisory experience, although this is not essential
- You must hold a full Driving License
