Dispatcher

Location: Denver (Flight Operations).
Boutique Air is seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in the Denver area. We are looking for an innovative and technical individual, with exceptional business judgment, as well as the initiative and competence to make a significant contribution to the organization.

Job Qualifications/ Requirements:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* Have good communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently in English

* Not more than two separate incidents involving Federal Aviation Regulations violations in the last 5 years.

* 2 years of Aviation experience

* Able to obtain a security clearance

* US residency

Preferred:

* Valid FAA Dispatch Certificate OR

* Dispatch, Flight Operations, or Air Traffic Control experience

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Be able to multi-task

* Be able to communicate clearly and concisely

* Be able to read and understand aviation text weather, maps and weather graphics

* Be able to analyze route structure, weather conditions, aircraft capabilities and emergency situations to select the best course of action

* Be able to work in a fast paced, challenging environment

* Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Google Documents

* Be able to maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving client aircraft operations and when dealing with security issues

* Other duties as assigned

Job Specifics:

* Responsible for the preflight planning, delay, dispatch release, flight following and diversions of Boutique Air flights

* Coordinate with Maintenance Control

* Coordinate with Crew Scheduling

* Communicate with station personnel
