MHS Aviation is hiring a Director Charter Sales for its growing Business Jet fleet.

Key responsibilities:

* Leading the sales team

* Coordinating the sales activities

* Setting and implementing the sales strategy

* Establishing reporting- and management tools

* Setting up an international sales organisation

* Growing the direct sales channel

* Communication with brokers and direct customers

* Organizing trade shows and sales events

* Close collaboration with the MD

Required skills:

* Leadership experience

* Outstanding track record as a sales person

* Deep knowledge of business aviation

* Good understanding of operator processes

* Established network in the aviation and broker industry

* Good German speaking skills

* Business fluent English

* Ability to cope with stress

* Excellent soft skills
