To source, acquire and facilitate direct partnership collaborations with external organizations, which would contribute to direct sales channel revenue instreams and potentially any incremental Cathay Pacific Airway Limited brand exposure.

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1 DIRECT SALES & PARTNERSHIP COLLABORATIONS

* To assist in managing and building the relations with existing partners, particularly banks, in driving open-market promotional campaigns, as well as targeted campaigns (example - Bulk ticket purchases, Premium Card segment fare offers), which help generate incremental sales primarily through Digital and Global Contact Centre channels.

* To canvas for new Direct Sales opportunities thru research, contacting and acquiring leads of external organizations, to purchase ad-hoc or recurring quantities of tickets from Cathay Pacific Airway Singapore. Such organizations include (but not just limited to) – general retailers, electronic-commerce platforms, hotels, food and beverage establishments, business associations or chambers of commerce or similar professional institutions which do not participate as Cathay Pacific Airways Limited Corporate Account, membership clubs, embassies, etc.

2 GLOBAL CONTACT CENTRE LIAISON

* To assist in coordinating and implementing initiatives that enhance the sales capabilities of Global Contact Centre, and drive higher take-up rate of Cathay Pacific Airways Singapore fare products by Singapore call-in customers.

* To assist in regular sample call checks and ensure servicing standards of Global Contact Centre are at an acceptable level.

3 COMPLIANCE

* Comply fully with all company policies including but not limited to Competition and Antitrust policies, code of conduct, credit policy, data protection etc.

Qualifications / Experience

Academic qualifications

* Diploma Graduate

Knowledge, skills, training and experience

* 3 years relevant experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Customer Service experience, preferably in airlines.

* Good command of written and spoken English.

* Positive customer service attitude with superior interpersonal skills

* Demonstrable ability to work independently with good decision-making skills

* Self-motivated and enjoys teamwork

* Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
