Position Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Engineering co-op students at Haydon Kerk AMETEK are considered to be an integral part of the Engineering staff and are provided with tasks that are both technically challenging and educationally stimulating. Under guidance of the senior engineering staff, the students will be assigned to teams associated with ongoing production and Research &Design programs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working with engineering on drafting and design of new components/products
Engineering drawing review for manufacturability
Special projects with guidance from applications, manufacturing engineering or quality.
Conducting tests, analyzing data, and providing formal reports on findings
Work with engineering on VA/VE projects
