Korr Technical Services has an urgent requirement for a Design Engineer with project manager experience and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our client on a long-term contract based in Australia and New Zealand working on King Air Aircraft.

About the Opportunity
Starting in September, we require a Design Engineer with project management experience and suitably qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our client on a 10-14 month contract to carry out the Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance modifications on King Air Fleets.
Whilst initially based in Sydney, Australia the New Zealand fleet will be finalised in New Zealand. Our clients design Engineering team will be designing the modifications and we need a highly qualified team to carry out the project.
The Design Engineer Project Manager will be tasked to keep the project on the aircraft moving. Your role will include tracking budgets, working to deadlines, ensuring the project is adequately resourced, that parts are ordered and on-track and that technical records and drawings are received and on-track amongst other project requirements.
For this role, project management experience, familiarity with CASA Part 21 and aircraft modification and/or repair experience are required. To be considered, you’ll need 5-10 years of experience, and be a Design Engineer with the ability to project manage a modification program.
Aircraft Maintenance Engineers will be suitably experienced to carry out work on the King Air Fleet and be able to work to deadlines and within a hard working team.
These positions are based in Australia/New Zealand so you will need to hold current visa/passport that enables you to live and work in Australia/New Zealand.
