Responsibilities:

* Ensure all maintenance and avionics personnel comply with current Federal Aviation Regulations, Constant Aviation Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, and Constant Aviation Policies and Procedures
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and positive customer service attitude without compromising quality
* Ensure Constant Aviation maintenance and avionics personnel use approved or accepted data issued by the manufacturer or FAA
* Ensure adequate inspection aids, special tools and equipment are available, and maintained in a serviceable condition
* Assist the Chief Inspector with oversight of facility technician training requirements
* Assist the Chief Inspector with oversight of the facility tool control and tool calibration program
* Ensure final inspections are properly performed on all work completed before it is released for Return to Service
* Conduct internal and external facility audits as required
* Oversee and maintain procedures to ensure completion of required inspections when tasks are worked over multiple shifts and personnel
* Ensure incoming parts, supplies, and articles receive an incoming inspection (Receiving Inspection) to determine airworthiness prior to being approved for installation as prescribed in the Constant Aviation Quality Control Manual
* Ensure no defective, non-conformed or un-airworthy parts are installed on/in any article released to service
* Ensure compliance with procedures for preliminary inspections, hidden damage inspections, inspection continuity and final inspection for items processed by the facility
Requirements :
* High school graduate or equivalent
* FAA Airframe and Power Plant, IA certificate preferred
* ISO 9001 or AS9100 certified preferred
* Familiar with FAA CFR Part 21 Certification Procedures for Products preferred
* Experience Maintaining compliance with OSHA regulations and record keeping a plus
* Minimum of ten (10) years experience with various types of aircraft, power plant maintenance and inspections
* Factory service schools and on-the-job training
